7 Secrets for the Most Stunning Château de Tourreau Wedding

24 août 2026

Casey and James celebrated their destination wedding at Château de Tourreau in Provence, France. Capucine Atelier Floral designed their welcome dinner as an elegant garden party with romantic flowers, custom kiosks and playful summer details. The setting combined French charm, warm light and beautiful gardens.

Together, these choices turned the courtyard into a welcoming scene that felt both polished and full of simple summer pleasure for every guest.

Above all, the design felt elegant, personal and easy to enjoy. Here are seven details that made this welcome dinner truly unforgettable.

What Made This Welcome Dinner Unique?

1. A Colour Palette Inspired by Provence

First, the château de Tourreau guided every colour choice. Its pale walls and green shutters inspired soft shades of blush pink, berry red, sage green, dusty blue, cream and ivory. As a result, the décor looked natural beside the historic building.

2. Romantic Garden Flowers

Next, we chose white and pink flowers with fine stems and fresh leaves. Simple clay pots added warmth. Meanwhile, the airy shapes gave each table a soft garden feel.

3. Bespoke French Kiosks

The bar and gelato kiosks became strong visual features. We added striped roofs, floral panels and fine wood details. Therefore, each kiosk echoed the charm of a French garden house.

4. A Smooth Guest Experience

Moreover, we placed the kiosks around the courtyard with care. Guests could easily find drinks, gelato and conversation areas. Thus, the layout kept the evening relaxed and lively.

5. Fresh Strawberries as a Signature

Fresh strawberries added a bright and playful twist. Small baskets sat beside the flowers, while more berries decorated the kiosks. In addition, their rich red colour brought energy to the soft palette.

6. Elegant Floral Patterns

Delicate floral prints appeared across several design details. For example, they dressed the kiosk panels and linked the décor to the garden theme. However, the patterns stayed light, so the setting could still shine.

7. A Personal Sense of Celebration

Most importantly, every detail reflected Casey and James. The dinner felt stylish but never formal. It invited guests to relax, connect and enjoy the first evening together.
