A captivating vision of luxury weddings
As a luxury floral designer, I approach every project as an immersive work of art. I don’t simply create floral arrangements; instead,
I craft an atmosphere and shape an emotion. In fact, every floral choice, volume, and color tells a story and reflects the couple’s unique identity.
The wedding of Meng & Matt at Château Gassies perfectly embodies this philosophy. Situated atop the rolling hills of Bordeaux, the estate bathes
in exceptional natural light. Consequently, it immediately inspires a refined and elegant floral design.
Located just outside Bordeaux, the château radiates heritage and serene charm. Its pale stone façades capture the sunlight beautifully, while
the gardens open up natural perspectives that invite exploration and contemplation. Moreover, the terrace offers spectacular valley views, providing the perfect backdrop for a luxury wedding that feels bright, airy, and sophisticated.
Meng & Matt expressed their desire for timeless elegance. They wanted a luminous and sunny celebration. At the same time, they dreamed of a soft and natural decor, fully harmonized with the castel’s architecture.
From the very first welcome ceremony, we designed a color palette of beige, white, and green.
This combination conveys purity, evokes nature, and adds a modern touch. Furthermore, it establishes a soothing and refined atmosphere
for the guests.
White flowers provided light and delicacy, while beige tones added depth and warmth. Green foliage subtly structured the arrangements, completing the visual harmony.
The welcome dinner took place by an elegant pool in the Bordeaux region. Meanwhile, the sun bathed the terrace in golden light, enhancing
the feeling of serenity. For this first evening, we opted for a natural and airy decor. Each table arrangement combined delicate flowers with flowing foliage, giving the impression of a small, poetic garden at every seat.
The ceremony marked the most anticipated moment of this sunny wedding. Therefore, we designed a rose arch in delicate pink shades, capturing both softness and romance.
This arch framed the couple gracefully, creating an intimate yet majestic scene. Additionally, it structured the space without overwhelming it,while capturing natural light for stunning photographs.
Each floral arrangement reflected a careful search for balance, where elegance meets emotion, and where every flower tells a story. Moreover,
the volumes, textures, and shades harmonized perfectly across the various spaces, ensuring continuity throughout the event.
In short, the floral design was not only visually beautiful but also emotionally expressive, elevating the entire luxury wedding experience.
