Upon receipt of your request for service and or information, we will send you our service brochure where you will find our services as well as our minimum budget.

Exchange
Sharing your objectives and the places where you want flower arrangements and accessories including : the ceremony, reception venue, cocktail party and wedding dinner.
Event information
You will share with us your first inspiration, wishes and the atmosphere you want to create for your wedding, in order to give us a clear picture of your desired colors, style etc.
Ideally we’ll have a telephone conference to discuss and clarify all these elements. Where appropriate, we can also offer you ideas, suggestions and inspiration

Based on these first elements, we send a first proposition with costs and illustrations, to give you an overview of the project.

Once this idea is validated, we refine it together in every detail: selection of flowers, materials, the wedding day schedule, etc....
reservation
When the first floral design ideas are validated, the contract is sent to you for reading and signing.
Contract
When everything is validated, a deposit is requested to confirm your floral design.
Payment
The deposit, once received, your date is reserved and we can begin to discuss, prepare and work on all the details of the floral design

Full Creative Brief
Once the vision has been approved, we'll send you the full creative brief, including the color palette, choice of flowers, mockups, etc....

Throughout our process, we regularly discuss design elements for your validation and remain attentive to the smallest details
Guidance
Once the big day has arrived, we deliver your flower arrangements.
We supervise the implementation and set up the decor for your ceremony, the reception room, and other spaces.
Installation
We come back at the end of your event to dismantle the decor, and recover our material and equipment. (vases, structures, candleholders...)

HOW IS YOUR SERVICE?
The first Consulting meeting allows us to get to know each other, to walk together on the first ideas (style, colors, atmosphere, decorative project, etc.), to define, from your budget, a creation designed for you.
DO YOU TAKE CARE OF THE INSTALLATION ON D - DAY?
Capucine Atelier Floral is responsible for setting up your floral decor on your wedding day according to your specifications in order to check in the smallest details of the installation.
WHAT BUDGET SHOULD WE PLAN FOR YOUR SERVICES?
We offer a floral decoration service from 15000 € depending on the style, the volume of flowers, the season. It includes advice, creation for the bride and groom, for the ceremony, for the reception, the delivery, the setting up of your flower decorations and atmospheres imagined together.
On the other hand, we can examine any request and customize the budget for intimate weddings.
ANd THEN?
We will select for you flowers that look like you, offer you a print book, and then we will work on the creations with attention and delicacy.
IN WHICH REGION(S) DO YOU WORK?
Capucine Atelier Floral’s services are available in Provence, in Paris, and anywhere else in France. And if your event takes place further, this is also possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
CAN YOU RECCOMEND WEDDING PROVIDORS ?
We can offer an address book of service providers such as wedding planners, photographers, equipment rental, etc...
DO YOU OFFER A WEDDING DESIGN SERVICE?
Yes. We can, in addition to the floral decoration of your wedding, take care of all the scenography of it. From the layout of the spaces to the choice of furniture, we accompany you throughout the process of decorating your wedding.
